At the heart of this long neckpiece is a detailed circular unit, dressed in polki/uncut diamonds, using the traditional jadai technique. The green khula meena (open enamel) painted using the champlevé technique highlights the brilliance of the diamonds through contrast, ensuring the eye is drawn to the center. Surrounding the meena unit is a melange of gold units dressed in uncut diamonds and bordered by seed pearls using chakkar pirai. The necklace is strung on parallel lines of faceted labradorites.
